11/09/2016 Ten People Arrested in Narcotics Investigation

A four-month narcotics investigation that targeted known drug areas within city limits has resulted in 10 people being arrested and warrants issued for four additional suspects.

Officers assigned to the Pensacola Police Department’s Vice & Narcotics Unit and the Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS) Unit participated in the investigation.

Sgt. Martez Lawrence, who supervises the V&N Unit, said crack cocaine, marijuana and promethazine were seized during the investigation, which involved undercover officers purchasing drugs from the suspects.

Arrested were:

  • Lucesia Lanae Salter, 36, of Pensacola. Charged with selling crack cocaine, possession of crack cocaine, possession of marijuana, trespassing, and conspiracy to sell crack cocaine.
  • Lloyd Demetrius Grice, 40, no permanent address. Charged with selling crack cocaine, conspiracy to sell crack cocaine and trespassing.
  • William Harold Williams, 69, of Pensacola. Charged with selling crack cocaine within 1,000 feet of public housing, intent to sell marijuana within 1,000 feet of public housing and possession of marijuana over 20 grams with intent to sell.
  • Antione Terence Black, 36, of Pensacola. Charged with selling crack cocaine.
  • James Eugene Beasley, 22, of Pensacola. Charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and gambling.
  • Frederick Lavon Finklea, 40, of Pensacola. Charged with selling crack cocaine within 1,000 feet of a place of worship.
  • Quinlan LaRon Brown, 21, of Pensacola. Charged with selling crack cocaine and possession of crack cocaine.
  • Kerry Delarain Silas, 53, of Pensacola. Charged with possession of marijuana with intent to sell, resisting without violence and open container violation.
  • Desmond Henry Moorer, 23, of Pensacola. Charged with selling crack cocaine.
  • Aurterious Donte Bargnare, 25, of Pensacola. Charged with selling crack cocaine sell, selling crack cocaine within 1,000 feet of a school and conspiracy to sell crack cocaine.

Outstanding warrants have been issued for:

  • Jamar Glenn Williams, 25, of Pensacola. Wanted for selling crack cocaine, selling crack cocaine within 1,000 feet of a school and conspiracy to sell crack cocaine.
  • Kenneth Jerome Daniels, 26, of Pensacola. Wanted for selling crack cocaine and possession of synthetic narcotics.
  • Keshawn Arthur Lindsey, 20, of Pensacola. Wanted for selling cocaine within 1,000 feet of public housing.
  • Lahorace J. Pickett, 37, of Pensacola. Wanted for selling cocaine within 1,000 feet of public housing.
